Manby Properties are an accredited member of the North staffordshire Landlords Accreditation Scheme that is partnership between Stoke-on-Trent City Council & Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council.

 

Our Member number is LAS/1549 and we are currently accredited until 16th February 2018.

 

Being a member of a landlords accreditation scheme means that we have to keep our properties to a very high standard of maintanence and condition. Although this means more work for ourselves with making sure that eveything is in tip-top condition everytime one of our properties are let, we also have to prepare for various inspections which make sure that our properties meet all the standards set by the acrreditaion scheme, we also have to attend various courses to make sure that we understand all the current rules and regulations of being a landlord.

 

This gives our tenants complete piece of mind not only that our properties are safe and in a good state of repair, but it gives our tenants someone to contact in the very unlikley event that our properties fall below the required standards. 

 

We are also registerd with Staffordshire University Student Union as an official landlord.
